Basic Suite

Basic package includes a starter or entry level services.
It is anticipated that the applicant will assign one of their current employees to lead the effort of developing international sales. Services offered are:

​

  1. Analyzing the applicant's likelihood for success in the global market.

  2. Evaluation of the company's online presence and recommendations for development in the following areas:

    • Reviewing the leadership team's LinkedIn profile. 

    • Assessing the current website and social media presence.

    • Examining the website traffic from particular markets.

    • (If relevant) Ideas for a new website targeted towards visitors from abroad.

  3. Advice on developing professionally appropriate tools employing digital communication technology to present the firm as a global organization.

  4. Assessment of present CRM tools utilized and suggestions on improving its performance or migration to new tools.

  5. Encourage participation in live or virtual activities that promote goods and services.

  6. Cumulative recommendations for the next steps to success in global business expansion.

Standard Suite

It is assumed that the applicant is prepared to make a thorough effort to increase their online presence and to depict themselves as having a physical presence in Dubai, which serves as a major global trading hub.

 

With the addition of more sophisticated services that go further into the process of creating international sales, the Standard package contains all the services in the Basic package.

 

Standard Suite includes all services of Basic Suite plus the following additional services:

 

  1. Depending on the relevance of each social media platform to the particular business, creating a respectable number of followers on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

  2. Lead generation consultancy using traffic to suggested landing pages on the current website.

  3. Generating sales leads by directing Google Ads traffic to landing pages.

  4. Increasing website traffic from specific markets in comparison to current baseline hit-count.

  5. WhatsApp response setup on the dedicated Dubai number for the applicant’s remote sales staff.

  6. Making use of state-of-the-art digital communications means to present the target market with an image of a reputable, global organization.

  7. Implementation of the CRM system, importing of the pre-existing sales lead data and guidance to the sales force on daily activity recording process.

  8. Training sales managers on how to use the CRM system to track and control the activity of the sales team

  9. Developing a YouTube channel with material created by the applicant and optimized by OSE.

Optional:

​

  1. Providing recommendations and design (in the event of a new website) of landing pages highlighting the core goods and services offered by the firm.

  2. Development of a new website (if applicable) in relevance to global business (on a separate contract).

Premium Suite

It is presumed that the applicant is self-assured enough to launch sales activities from Dubai without incurring the costs associated with setting up a corporal (branch) office in the UAE and employing a dedicated full-time sales executive.

 

All of the services in the Standard package are also included in the Premium plan, along with the services of a shared professional sales executive in Dubai to handle daily sales follow-up.

 

Standard Suite includes all services of Basic Suite and Standard Suite plus the following additional services:

:

  1. Shared sales representative based in UAE.

  2. Dedicated phone number in UAE.

  3. An applicant-specific social media marketing and advertising bundle.

  4. Assistance with the logistics of shipments coming into the UAE, as well as Mainland and Free Zone shipment processing in the UAE.

  5. Financial services, facilitating actual transactions with global buyers.

Elite Suite

It is expected that the applicant has the self-assurance necessary to begin committed sales operations from Dubai while avoiding the aggravation and saving the associated costs to set-up and operate a full scale (branch) office in the UAE.

Elite package contains all the benefits of the Premium package plus a dedicated (full time) professional sales executive in Dubai who is committed to follow up on sales every day.

 

Elite Suite includes all services of All other Packages plus the following additional services:

​

  1. A dedicated professional sales executive with general industry knowledge inducted by the applicant on the specific selling points of the applicant's products and services.

  2. Storage of items for a fee in a Free Zone or Mainland within the UAE.

  3. 3D animated videos describing the client's product or solution

  4. Additional services tailored for specific applicants.
